My Naturopath believes most skin lesions are the result of waste (toxins) escaping through the skin and causing problems. He once told me my scaly elbows were caused by a gluten allergy. I just took his word for it and cut way down on bread. My skin did improve, but was not perfect.

I am sorry to sound ignorant, but what is blackberry mold? I have never heard of that. Is it a fungal infection?
