Thanks for the info. That is a very interesting use of cayenne. I know that cayenne has a lot of healing power. It will even heal stomach ulcers. I thought cayenne has a lot of vitamin C. Maybe I'm thinking of bell pepper. If it does have vit C, it may not allow the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement to work for your external use. Maybe it is not enough to worry about. Anyway thanks for clearing up your definition of dilution.

I am trying to use cayenne in a nasal spray to alleviate sinus inflammation. Does not help me. Many users find this popular though

I have used a diluted Miracle-Mineral-Supplement in a nasal spray as well. So far, I don't see any advantage to this. At least, it does not "burn" my sinuses as I thought it would. Funny thing is that when I do use it this way, I smell lime all day. I use lime as my activator.
