Recently ive been fasting on jucies and drinking a lot of distilled water.
im eating again now but have a big dent in the nail of my middle finger and the surface feels quite rough.
Do you know why this is?
do you think it could be because of a mineral deficiency?
My doctor said i have a lot of calcium in my urine.
Do you think the distilled water is ok to drink as i drink loads in a day?
Also is it wise or not to add bicarb of soda to the water as i heard distilled makes you acidic?
