MMS is truly a great therapy ... but what it does is it gives us the opportunity to get ourselves truly healthy by allowing us the freedom to switch our eating and drinking habits over to healthy, alkaline ones.

If we listen to our bodies very carefully as we improve, we will gradually switch our eating and drinking over to more alkaline, and drink lots of pure water (a liter per day per 40lbs body weight) ... these things will give the body what it needs to rebuild itself after the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement breaks down the bad stuff.

And get plenty of EFA's too...Udo's oil, blend up seeds, fish oil, etc....
