I agree with your statements. Furthermore, let's say that one believes in a higher power or in a superior being (you can insert here what you or the reader believes)--one can actually meditate and ~visualize~ to bring about the "wellness' that we want.

There are innumerable studies done on the power of one's own mind. Mind over matter.

Since I believe in God as the Unmoved Mover, Prima Mobilae, I ask him to remove any negativity.
