I understand. I hope this forum will be a positive place. I hope we can all welcome new people with kindness, patience and understanding. Answer their questions, even if we have heard them many times. I know I have felt like a non-entity or worse at times when I entered in after the "regulars" had been established.

As for a wellness forum, that would be neat. We can lead in that direction, because certainly many will get well. The psychological aspect, I also think that would be good to address. To see yourself as you want to be. That is powerful and necessary. Like the book O suggested. And in the way we post.
