It has flared again, but the fishoil (12-16 caps a day) controls it well, and I can take less after about a week. My husband has had trouble with his job, the owner keeps spending all the company money and not paying creditors and employees. My flares are almost always related to this. I am looking into resonance repatterning. I have had two sessions and it has helped my moods and personality tremendously, and I think the Colitis has become milder.
