To help with the bones:
Vitamin D
Calcium
Strontium
Boron
Copper
Vitamin K
Manganese
Zinc
Magnesium

Without enough vitamin D you won't absorb calcium and your bones will become weak.
Strontium has been proven to be responsible for bone density.
Here is the product I use, it has all the rare minerals and vitamins above in one pill. I could not find another one with Strontium or Boron...
