I am considering doing the same,but rather than spend an extended sauna session--I normally go 30 minutes--would alternate a few minutes in the sauna with a cold shower several times a session, and would only do this a couple of times a week while I'm fasting. If you do decide to sauna, please let me know how that works out for you. Thanks.
