Hey --

I find coffee enemas are more efficient and easier than Liver Flushes. Not a complete replacement but a satisfactory one for me as I would definitely rather do the enema procedure than drink the repugnant Epsom Salts !

And, you can certainly add some Iodine to your coffee, no matter which end it goes in...
