I don't have a Far Infrared Sauna . But, I was looking at the "Sun" forum. They were speaking about how important the sun and vitamin D is. Other aspects of UV light also. They mentioned tanning beds for winter. I have a tanning bed, so I started using it before my Epsom Salts , baking soda, peroxide baths. I sweat in the tanning bed and feel that both of these are a very good complement to Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . It helps with letting the skin do a lot of the elimination of toxins. The real sun would be preferable, but we have about 4 inches of snow and its cloudy, so next best thing.

BTW, I've only been on Miracle-Mineral-Supplement a few days and have noticed that cottony stuff on the outside of BM's. I have heard of that but never seen it. So bye bye candida! And that is with zero die off symptoms. In fact I have more energy. And still on a low dose.
