It's hard to tell. I am still getting back/shoulder pain, and occasionally pain in the GB region. I've been taking Epsom Salts in capsules whenever I feel pain in that area. So, it's hard to tell if I'm feeling better because of that or the ACV.

I'm also drinking Breakstone tea sporadically. I would like my pancreatitis to finish resolving itself as I'd like to start taking GCG as well. That stuff works like a charm.

Sadly, I'm up here at 3:53 am posting again. So I guess the sleeping through the night thing was a fluke. :)
