Your crevice is probably right there at the stomach area as is mine. What that other fellow said about digestion used to fit me to a T. Much less so these days though.

In addition to the castor oil packs, Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother greatly aided my digestion. A brand such as Bragg's is what I use. Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) from the grocery store is not the same stuff.

Start with a 1/2 tsp of ACV, add a little honey and top with water. I also add it to my apple juice and hot toddies... fresh squeezed lemon juice, black strap molasses (organic without sulphur), touch of real salt like Redmon's or Hymalayan and warm water. As you can, increase the amount of ACV.

Adding the juice from one lemon a day to your water will make a tremendous difference to your digestion too. What I do is cut a lemon in half and then each half I quarter so that at the end there are 8 pieces of lemon. I just squeeze that juice into a glass of water. It's so dilute that no sweetener is needed.

To think I am recommending lemon! Until a few months ago, I had not been able to drink or eat any citrus other than pineapple for over 30 years! They would give me intolerable heartburn.

As for the castor oil packs, I started using them because of this article:

I would put a castor oil pack on every afternoon for three days in a row for an hour each of those 3 days. Then after 4 days passed, I would repeat this 3 days on 4 days off. I did this for approximately 6 or more weeks. While I began to use the castor oil packs to lower cholesterol, I found that they also reduced the constant pain in my liver.

I almost always had the pack over my liver... whether directly above it, on the side, or on the back. I eventually made up two packs so that I could do all those areas at one time. Only a few times did I put one over my abdomen proper. Don't recall the reason why, but it straighten right up whatever it was!

Anyway, it was at the end of the second round of 3 days on 4 days off that the bleeding sore on my tongue was healed. (After my very first ever round of 3 days, I awoke from a sound sleep that night from a nasty metallic taste in my mouth... lol, almost took a drink of water and decided against it and went and brushed my teeth. A light white film that had been on my tongue for some time came right off.)

Come to find out, also, about Castor Oil packs is that they will induce parasites to leave certain areas that are hard to reach by regular means. I don't know... just relaying something I read. But, if it is true, might as well give ourselves all the help we can!
