Actually, it's just like you explain. I have way less cravings for meats and heavy foods and when I get eat I crave healthy lighter foods. Luckily I've never had a problem craving sweets, I don't really like sweets, and even moreso now.

That is definitely a good thing! I'm looking forward to losing those extra few annoying pounds!
