Citrus allergy may be corrected by taking these supplements:

Panthothenic Acid (B5)

Calcium

Serine (amino acid)

Many allergies are created by deficiency, this can happen during cleansing regimens because the body loses a lot of minerals and other nutrients and thus loses its ability to break down and process foods and supplements. When foods are not broken down properly they turn toxic to the system and that is the start of allergies. So correct the balance and calm the immune system and you may find cure! Also allergies may develop due to intestinal issues...the lining of the intestines can become irritated and this can cause leakage and the food proteins and other substances can trigger immune responses. Of course, some unfortunates are born with allergies and may not be treatable.
