I don't remember if it was you who made the comment about Miracle-Mineral-Supplement sort of acting like a conscience for the body?

Well, anyhow, this comment you made about food and desires is one that I experienced, and so many others who have used this protocol.

That's why I keep suggesting to people to take advantage of those feelings and gradually shift their diet as their bodies demand/desire it.

And, of course, keep drinking a LOT of water ... that flushes those nasty cold symptoms, and all the other detritus flowing around the body.
