ACV will work fine ... just add 1/2 tspn to your Miracle-Mineral-Supplement drops and let it brew for 3 mins.

On dosages: you don't have to try and get to 14 or 15 drops quickly ... as soon as you start feeling discomfort, nausea etc... go down a drop or two, and then stay at that level for a week or more. This will allow your body to cleanse without the stress on the body of so much toxic byproducts.

MMS causes so much pathogen die-off, that it is very important to drink, and drink, and drink. Try to drink a liter per day per 40lbs of body weight ... fresh pure water.

And gradually shift your diet to eat as "green" as you can.
