It is exciting huh?! I just started also. I took 2 drops this morning, yesterday 1 drop in am and 1 in pm.

The directions for vinegar are the same as for citrus, 5 drops per each drop of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .

I'd love to hear your progress and what health issues your working on--so would everyone else!
