I would consider the dramatic improvements that so many people are reporting better than any other protocol I have witnessed, and I have tried just about every one for IBS.

I would include myself in the dramatic improvement category.

Cured? In time... I am confident of that. The level and rate of improvement has been too dramatic for me to believe otherwise at this stage.
