After purchasing the expensive OXY colon products once and getting good results, I decided to find a method as effective but cheaper. I know we all spend serious money trying to deal with this damn Candida. After thorough research on the ingredients in the products I decided to try plain magnesium oxide powder with water or tomato juice and lemon juice. The results were exactly the same and all it cost me was $6 at my local HFS. Same scrubbing bubbles feeling inside, same movements, everything. Because it is a powder you can really control the dosage and find what works best for you. If you are looking to get results and save some money this might work for you.
