Thanks for posting this. Very interesting. I really like the idea of a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) instead of the later ES mixtures. I could never tolerate the morning ES very well and since I'd already opened the bile ducts in the evening, all I really need to do is empty the bowel in the AM. And it sounds like the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) does a better job of emptying the bowel and is less abusive to my body. Cool.
