Is it inadvisable to drink Sea Salt dissolved in spring water for drinking water when one has a water softener? I don't know much about softeners except that they work to soften the water by adding salt. I'm concerned that I may get too much salt if I both drink the Sea Salt water and bathe, wash hands, etc. in the other water. Ideally I would not have a water softener, but I live with my dad, and it is his house.
