Thank you SOOOOO much for the info!!! I just did this today, 4tbs straight off the spoon, and had one of the gentlest cleanses.....I was only in the bathroom for an hour or so, an feel so clean. I can't wait to see the bloat go down....I MAY try again next week before visiting everyone for the holidays. It will be so nice to not hear the dreaded " Are you pregnant?" question anymore..... :)
