... when exfoliating jus becareful... even i'm going to have problems doing this... i havent got my products yet.. dead skin should come off easily if moisturized but jus make sure you don't peel the skin to raw(red lips/no skin at all)... thats the best advice i can give you...


if i had all the time i needed, i would jus take high dosages of amino acids while taking digestive enzymes and leave on the dead skin thats protecting it letting it come off by itself.. but i'm at college rite now so thats out of the question.. i'll jus have to guage when is the rite time to peel off dead skin so it doesnt damage whats under.. good luck julie
