Please try to stick with a consistent plan. Going from eating meat then stopping and adding new things is very stressful to the system. I wish I had paid more attention to that detail...Personally; I think Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is the BEST thing for Candida and with it you should be able to eat NORMALLY. Because now your nutrients will feed you instead of the fungus! Please try and move toward normalizing your diet, rather than changing it.

Based on IBS Dude and JAB's experiences I think Miracle-Mineral-Supplement also neutralizes allergies, so you are able to eat more things without upset.

I think the best approach to Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is to keep it simple...start with the basics (only health essentials, such as medication) and add on supplements when the maintenance protocol is reached.
