Your diet sounds great! One consideration, food allergy . Have you ever been checked for food allergies ? SCIO scans can pick up on these or some naturopaths have techniques to evaluate food sensitivities , also you could see an allergy specialist.

For now I suggest you cut back on Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , by a drop or two, and stop taking these supplements:

probiotic capsules & cabbage rejuvelac (these could be an over kill right now)

Concentrace trace minerals (high in magnesium, which can lead to loose stools)
