Thanks for you reply as your suggestion could be right since you have had something similiar. Since it has been four days with no improvement, that is what has concerned me. I am very sensitive to medications and maybe just 1/2 or one drop might work for awhile. Trying to find the right solution is very tricky because all our systems are not the same. Being able to tell when something is working for you and not against you is trial and error.

(After I wrote the above, I was able to have a second bm today, so that is a very good reaction as this was why I started the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . I have been very constipated for the past 10 months and have finally been able to go every other day taking wheatgrass and not laxitives. I didn't go the last two days and I didn't take anything, so that could mean the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is starting to work and is helping me, so that is really something to be thankful for.)

I also just read where Scott said to use a plate when waiting to activate for it to turn yellow. That is something I haven't done. This is really a great website and I want to thank you all again for your support and for being so helpful to people you don't know.
