That is not a cancer salve recipe. From what I have seen of the ingredients at http://www.blacksalveinfo.com there is nothing similar in that recipe. It may work as a draw salve for splinters and such but not like a real black salve for skin cancers, melanomas, basal cell carcinomas, etc.
