hi i am a bit concerned that on the internet it ays in some places that fos and inulin feed candida are you sure this is not ture of larch?
i did a small experiment myself with live yeast that you make bread with.
one cup with Sugar and yeast (result bubbles)
one cup with fos and yeast (result bubbles)

one cup with inulin and yeast(result bubbles)
one cup with xylitol and yeast(result no bubbles !!!)
all done in the airing cupboard bit basic i know!
might get some live yeast today and see what the Arabinogalactan does!
thought i would share with you, unfortuately for me the xylitol makes me feel really bad maybe it feeds klebsiella.
any ideas??
