Sometime reactions can take days to a week to show up. I've thought I'm getting away with something only to have a major flare up a week later from the candida feeding on it. I've learned to just stick to the diet far past feeling an improvement. Don't mean to burst your bubble, but I would go very slowly and not have it every day.

I'm going to make my own, that way I feel I am minimzing the possibility of a flare up.

But, we are all different, perhaps you are ok with it.
