I have been reading a lot about how commerical processed vitamins don't have much value. This includes the "Kevin Hogan - Natural Cures book" and this ad:

Does the above link make sense? Are they brands of vitamins that are better than giong to GNC,etc? I want to a vitamin/mineral package that can be assimiliated by the body in the best possible way.
