I guess that's kind of relative to me too Megabite. I finish my evening meal by 6:30. Sometime, when I go out for dinner, it is more like 8. Jim has said that it is no problem to take Miracle-Mineral-Supplement near mealtime. I just maintain that the bloodstream can pick it up easier. Also I wonder about any acid type food I may be eating (is pizza acid?). Morning is my best time. I can take it upon arising and eat about 2 hours later. I keep the 2 hour window in my mind while taking Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . I did the same with iodine. My vitamin C is a 4 hour window with either of those therapies.

I'm making this up as I go. It is general. I'm trying to base this upon the information in the eBooks. I have not heard all the interviews.
