I highly recommend taking it in the evening because of the awesome sleep you'll have. It's the sleep of the dead. I'd take it and then wouldn't wake up one bit until the morning.

The a.m. burning stomach pains were a problem for me. I really wish I knew what exactly was going on. I will try taking it again, but I will stay at a much lower dosage.
