The most I have been able to take is about 1 teaspoon mixed in a quart of juice of he Iodine Formula and even at this amount, it keeps the detox up and I often skip a day or I get too much detoxing. By detox I mean sinus congestion.

People with out heavy metals in their system most likely could take much more. The scientist say the Iodines have an affect on the heavy metals in people and I am inclined to agree with them. I worked 30 years with lead/nickel, etc. and it will take many years to remove all of this garbage.
