thanks i give this a go. i know that fos and inulin have been found to feed candida so was just scared that this was happening with the larch. been unable to eat carbs for 4 years so i think might have a lot of bad bacteria that is being killed off. i will try the gaba. i have read that when you have a candida infection you get stressed out adrenal glands because your body is really acidic, i think this might be why i have a foggy head. but don't know really. just hope inproving my digestion might help. thanks bridget
