Wow that is a great link , thanks a bunch, okay so no Splenda I was reading some other post and I guess if I get some chronium and such I won't crave the sweets, I hope so.
also the previous post said something about fad diets is that a fad, I know I have Gallstones and I just became regular,( for me ) I wouldn't go for like 10 days and now I go everyday just once but, From what I read I should be going more, the old Doc, told me give it some time due to If things aren't used to going thru it tends to be sluggish, I've looked at all the pictures and everyday I find more great information, I just want to start on the right track, and not have to backpaddle, sorry I'm running on and on , I just need this info, any and all help is great,
