Lifeway use to sell coconut milk Kefir but I haven't seen it in a good long while. I just checked their website and I don't see it. The other thing I found out just now is that Helios brand "organic" Kefir is also made by Lifeway.

There is a small local raw food company where I live that makes the coconut water Kefir
but it is prohibitively expensive to do on a regular basis so it looks like one has to make their own if you want vegetarian Kefir. From what I've read about it's relatively easy to make once you buy some Kefir grains.

There is someone I believe called the Kefir Lady on the Kefir forum that you can order kefir grains from. I've also seen them on Ebay.
