have you tried adding caprylic acid or oregano/OO to your P&B shakes?

No, but I plan to try that when I do my next fiber based cleanse. Either it will be great because the anti-Candida agents will be right up against the colon wall; or it will be a failure because the agents are tightly bound within the psyllium mass and rendered ineffective. I don't really know what will happen, but I do want to experiment this coming spring.
