Is taking VRM III, Garlic, Wormweed, and Zymec II a good start to detoxify? The Wormweed and VRM III also have Black-Walnut shell. What about iodine? I just feel like I need to "kill" what is inside me! I just want the burning and tingling to go away and no tests have come back with sqaut on what is ailing me!
