Good to see you're correcting your diet! Kelp is great because it contains trace minerals too, but be sure the source is good, to avoid contamination.
A quality multi vit/min may also be needed. In addition, I like trace minerals from Morning Star because they contain fulvic acid and priced right at amazon.com. Of course, it is best to get our nutrients from our foods! I think sometimes a jump start from supplements is easiest to get you on the right path. Then as you learn to eat right you can back off from the supplements.
I suggest examining many of the forums to get ideas on a healing path that you can feel good about, some I recommend are mms, mineral, iodine, pH-moreless, barefoot and tony and luella, just to name a few. Some diets recommended here on Curzone are very rigid, but just so you know I think ALL food is good, so long as it is natural and minimally processed. I by no means suggest you follow any diet plans from the forums suggested but rather take the time to consider different perspectives on diets and health protocols to see what may work for you.
I also think distilled water should be avoided when you're having mineral deficiency issues, so if that is what you are drinking then you may want to consider switching to filtered tap water for a while and see if that helps, I have posted my concerns in the water debate forum if you care to take a look. I realize that is not something brought up, but just wanted to bring that to your attention. Also cleansings such as liver and colon flushes can deplete your minerals, which is why supplementing during or after the cleanse in important, but also not something I advocate without proper guidance.
Hope all this can help.
I think diet is always the first priority!
