Thanks alot for your encouraging Message. Finally something I can use. Once I get my enema, what kind of stuff should I put in it to increase effect.

Also... MY mom sometime does this weird body flush thing...
Where she only eat healthy, whole grainy stuff... Then she drink water with salt or something, and then the water flushed out of her body.. from the behind. She did this in order to minimize infection-risk when she got her hemoroid operation. How is this done??

And wouldn't it both be safe AND very effective? As it goes ALL way ... THrough the whole colon.



Also, where can I find a good site about Wormwood ? I have no idea what it is.


And I've read that putting duct tape down there help. How effective is it really?
