One small comment ... the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement protocol doesnt include any particular diet. You don't have to eat grasses, or anything else in particular to receive benefits from Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .

I think that you probably got the idea about "grasses" from some of my posts ... that is one particular type of organic supplement/food, basically...one among many. It is one that I particularly like for myself, along with veggie smoothies, and it is also promoted by a lot of other's, and I would also recommend it.

But, there are many on here who follow very different dietary programs; you can research and decide which one you want to pursue. The Miracle-Mineral-Supplement will work with all diets...the only thing you may notice is that the more acidic you eat, the more detox you may have. So, if you smoke or drink for example, or are a heavy coffee drinker or alcohol drinker, you will want to take MMS VERY slowly at first.

Please don't hold off on using MMS because you think that you must change your diet, or eat grass! :)
