The person on the debate thingy had heart palpatations or explosions or something... I think that would just call for Mg. I always keep Mg on hand. Even K. The heart will calm down immediately. Incase anyone else gets weird heart things. As many heart palps as I have had over the years the experts would have pace makered me. And I knew my heart had no real problem. I even had it checked once. We are all mineral deficient.

So he was in doubt about taking it.

But is there a real problem with going slow? does it still work as efficiently? Why hurry??? that I do not understand.
