How old are you? How long have you had herpes? There are hormonal suppositories that help women who are going through menopause, but you need a prescription to get them.
But are you sure you just aren't all that easily turned on any more? Getting herpes is enough to make a person more reserved and reluctant to have sex. I've never heard of it reducing lubrication, other than indirectly, because you are naturally inclined to become more cautious. Maybe listen to your body, as it could be telling you to spend a little more time developing a friendship with your partner(s?).
