Hi Spdina,

Just wanted to inform you that I did do the SWF's and was regular before. I think the mistake I made was not coming off lightly enough.

I'm a little confused but I thought that pulling the plaque off your intestines was a good thing? Do you care to elaborate?

Before I seek the advice of a naturopath is there anything that you can recommend to help in the meantime?
