First and foremost this is a support forum for people doing the MC. The MC has been around for over 50 years and we have thousands of posts on this forum alone with some amazing results.  That "you" are against it is of little relevance here and inapropiate in a SUPPORT forum.

Telling someone to go to a doctor to be supervised on the MC which is an alternative protocol that thousands perhaps even millions have done with great success goes against the very core, spirit existence of websites like Curezone. We don't need no steenkin doctors here. If you have issues otherwise then take it where it belongs in the debate forum. This is a SUPPORT forum for folks doing the Master Cleanse.

While colon cleansing is imperative to good health and healing your extremist "opinion" is  just that "extremist". While it is "advisable" to only do any kind of fasting when someone is having at least one unassisted elimination  per day  it's not by any means anything
as drastic and alarmist as your body using the plaque from your intestines in a protocol like the MC that provides you with vitamins, minerals, carbs  and with a circulatory stimulant and mucous loosening herb like cayenne which by the way also helps to loosen the plaque in the intestinal walls so the system can "eliminate" it.
