First of all relax E getting your system back to normal eliminations after no solids for prolonged periods can take some folks a little longer. The first line of defense and the biggest cause of lack of eliminations is dehydration so are you drinking lots of water?. Did you break the fast properly? What have you eaten in the last 5 days? Were you constipated before you did the MC? Please don't let the other posters "alarmist opinions" rattle you. The MC has a "proven" track record of over 50 years and we have thousands of success posts archived on the forum as testimony.  You'll be just fine.

Start drinking lots of water and see how it goes if that doesn't do the trick then consider an enema.
