Hey all,

Just wondering if taking a Kelp supplement was still ok even if my thyroid results came back normal. Is it still ok to take it or would it be best not to, so that I avoid any potential negative effects? I was told by a herbalist not to. I'm in weight loss/ exercise mode at the moment and I am sure some iodine wouldn't hurt!
