It is easy to ingest cannabis if you do it as a kake. No toxic effect and you can stop the use without any problem any time. You can use it to sleep if you take it an hour and a half before going to bed. I started to use it by a medical problem (cancer) and by indication of my doctor. I have never smoke not a single joint. Sorry for my english.
