They are ALL good from what I researched. I only experienced with live kefir grains and had the MOST success!

It's cheap, & easy to make. All you need is live kefir grains & raw milk;let it sit for 48-72 hrs in a GLASS jar and you'll have live kefir.....good bacteria!!
